Feedback allow Linked Rehab to refine our service and improve services we provide to our valued clients. While Linked Rehab will activity seek feedback from stakeholders, feedback can but provided at any time by emailing this link.

 

Below is the Linked Rehab Complaint Management Process:

  • Upon receipt of complaint it will be lodged with our senior management.

  • The Linked Rehab will contact the complaint source

  • Investigate the complaint

  • Record the outcome and potentially corrective action

  • Close out the complaint

 

If the outcome is unsatisfactory for the complainant, the complaint can be escalated to the appropriate Insurer Agent.
